mbraun
My ISP includes osCommerce in it's available applications. I clicked install and filed out the admin & data base info and everything was installed on my site. I can open the osCommerce admin panel. My problem is I don't "get" how this works with my site. If I type in the URL of my site, followed by /orders which is the folder everything was installed in, I get a "forbidden access" message. Since osCommerce appears to come with default items already setup, should something show up somewhere on my site. How do I or even can I incorporate the order form I already built with this? Please pardon my ignorance. I'm sure it is quite obvious to someone who has set up a shopping cart before. Please help. -mbraun
MrPhil
You need to talk to your hosting service about how to install and run a web application. Your questions are not specific to osCommerce -- your problem is more basic with setting up and running a web site.
