Help, I did a stupid thing. Made a mistake and changed a small thing in my admin/include/configure php file. Need to fix it. How do I do this? Can't long in to my admin anymore. Getting parse and syntax error.

Use your hosts cPanel or a ftp program. You never use the Administrations file manager or define languages in osC. In fact, they should be deleted as security risks.

I have checked the fine in CPanel and it is okay there. Can't log into Admin at all. So can't delete the file manager there. Any suggestions?

It must not be.. The file may be there but what is in it? You said you made a change. Did you change it back? Did you look into BOTH configure.php files?
