Problem when confirming order

Hi there.

 

I've got a problem with a store that I've set up when confirming the order.

 

I am testing by just using the Check/Money option at the minute.

 

On the Order Confirmation page, when I press the Confirm Order button I just get taken to a white page with the letter F displayed.

 

I have checked in the admin area and the order has been added, but I've got no idea why a proper page isn't loading.

 

Can anyone please help as obviously this is a bit of a showstopper.
