Guest Posted April 22, 2010 Share Posted April 22, 2010 Hello there I have searched for this problem but have not been able to find it so please accept my apologies if it has already been addressed. We have a prospect in Auckland, New Zealand who is trying to join up as a new customer to our Australian OSCommerce store. I have tested her address and tried to enter it myyself. When I complete the form and try to proceed, it comes up with a red error mesage at the top saying 'Select state from pull down menu', only the pull down menu is empty (and very small, only 1 or 2 characaters, and there's nothing to select. I just cant' get past it. I have tried a few different postcodes and putting different text in different fields, with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks heaps Marti.
