MJH87 Posted April 22, 2010 Share Posted April 22, 2010 Im getting this error when trying to access catalog, followed by this - select p.products_subimage1, p.products_subimage2, p.products_subimage3, p.products_subimage4, p.products_subimage5, p.products_subimage6, p.products_subimage1, p.products_subimage2, p.products_subimage3, p.products_subimage4, p.products_subimage5, p.products_subimage6, p.products_subimage1, p.products_subimage2, p.products_subimage3, p.products_subimage4, p.products_subimage5, p.products_subimage6, p.products_subimage1, p.products_subimage2, p.products_subimage3, p.products_subimage4, p.products_subimage5, p.products_subimage6, p.products_subimage1, p.products_subimage2, p.products_subimage3, p.products_subimage4, p.products_subimage5, p.products_subimage6, p.products_id, pd.products_name, p.products_quantity, p.products_image, p.products_price, p.products_date_added, p.products_last_modified, p.products_date_available, p.products_status from products p, products_description pd, products_to_categories p2c where p.products_id = pd.products_id and pd.language_id = '1' and p.products_id = p2c.products_id and p2c.categories_id = '0' order by pd.products_name Ive had a search but still dont quite understand what to do! Thanks Hello Is this a new install or a exisiting one and the problem has appeared out of no where? I dont think I will be able to help but from reading it more infomation is needed. This is not the customer service, but a self support group. Be happy that it is that active so that you have the chance for an answer at all I woud be more patient, not assuming that - All world reads my post - All world knows the answer - All world is not telling me. However, even I don't know the addon you try to install, (is there is support thread for it?), the error says that the file is looking to find some fields in the database that don't exist. Was there any sql query that you needed to run when installing? Do the requested fields exist in your DB in table products?
