Roggie
All, I have just received correspondence from a customer in Ontario Canada who complains that no matter what shipping method he choses the shipping module is charging him $62 to ship a 1-pound book. I have looked at his order as well as the various aspects of the shipping module and can find no reason for this. I am in California and have Canada listed as being in Zone 1 in the shipping module. It should be charging him $8.50 for an item under 5-lbs. The modules work fine otherwise, i.e. shipping in the USA. I have very few customers from Canada, (I cannot remember any), and so have no recollection of experiencing the problem before. Looking at the list of countries that I have listed under "Zone 1" in the shipping module, I see that no space was placed between the comma for the entry of "United States" and the entry for "Cananda", could this be causing this error? In the box to enter zone 1 countries my entry looked like this: US,CA I am wondering if it should look like this: US, CA If anyone can shed any light on this, or suggest another reason for the error it is greatly appreciated. Guest
Thom, You do not need a space between US,CA however you may want to look at TARE settings, the product weight and the table values to ensure everything is ok. Chris
