Problem Installing PDF Invoice v1.3

Dear all.

 

When reading the installation text I quote the following:

 

If you are installing on an ** unmodified ** store, simply:

 

-----------------------------------------------------------

 

 

 

1. Run pdf_customer_invoice.sql ** this is not optional! **

 

2. Upload all enclosed files within "catalog", observing the directory structure, overwriting your existing files.

 

 

 

This will conclude the installation.

 

Well, the great problem is that this file does not appear anyware in the downloaded package. What shall I do. I,ve tried to run instead new_pdf_customer_invoice.sql but just a 404 error page is all Iǘe obtained. (the sql script has been chmod 755) . Also the same error code.

 

Any idea, or suggestion will be highly appreciated.
