MrPhil Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 First check your agreement with PayPal to see if you're allowed to surcharge for PayPal usage. They probably forbid it, but in some countries it's not legal for them to keep you from doing that. Where it is legal (such as in the US), you risk having PayPal refuse to deal with you.
