Looking for a multiple product attributes per product contrib

Hi guys

Im looking to find a contribution or at someone that will point me in the right direction to one that will list multiple sizes for one product at different prices but also give the option for different flavours for each size.

Also I must be able to have the ability to change each item(size/image) so it is unavailable.

 

Here is an example I have found that I have taken a screenshot of.

Something similar or close would be cool. Something to start with and work on.

I have looked around a bit but 1. I dont know exactly what to call that Im searching for. and 2. the addons I have found that I think may do what I want are very complex to add in just to see and no screenshots or live sites are listed to show it potential.
