pcpowercan
Greetings, I just installed osCommerce 2.2 CVS and figured that my total order was not correct since I have different tax categories :( . In brief, here in Canada the tax differentiates from one place to another. So, my total order should vary based on customer's location. You can understand more about this issue by looking at this example: http://www.1click2computers.com/product_de...501000%2FSINGLE if the link didn't work then try http://www.1click2computers.com/ and try to place an order. Then click add to shopping cart and notice the part "Please Select a province where the products will be shipped to calculate Taxes" and see how taxes vary. I don't know anybody else to ask and forgive me if I was a bit annoying but I need help. Thanks in advance, Joe. [/url]
pcpowercan
One more thing, I created different tax classes and assigned each one to its zone but when the order is placed the system charges only one class to all zones. Just a guess here, becuase I have different tax classes on both goods and shipping/handling (S/H), the software gets confused and charges the S/H tax only excluding the goods one in my total order.
