No Payment Method Showing if select Payment zone

Hello, everyone~

 

I just started use osc, but I have one problem for set-up Payment Zone.

 

I only using a payment method type -> cod and credit card(no production use)

 

if not select payment zone as --none-- my site has nothing problem.

 

but when selected payment zone, No Payment Method Showing.

 

what is the problem? I nedd to add VAT. even tax doesn't including on checkout page.

 

I only use New York zone. I can't find any information what exactly needing...

 

please help.

Your problem is not in the Payment Zones, but in the Tax Zones.

 

Look in Administration -> Locations/Taxes and be sure you have two zones. New York, and a zone containing everything EXCEPT New York (commonly called Lower 48 with your home state removed.)

 

Then be sure you have Tax Rate set up for New York for the amount of tax there, and 0% for the other.

 

See if that helps.
