When I finished installation I get error "Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL..." and I get message " Finished! The installation and configuration was successful!"

Two messages that are contradictory

 

If I click button "Catalog" I get error:

"1146 - Table 'a1990275_bd.configuration' doesn't exist
