mb_itech Posted April 12, 2010 Share Posted April 12, 2010 Hi All, While I know IP addresses can be faked, hidden etc. Just wondering if anyone has created a addon/mod to record a customers IP address at time of order check out? Basically dont need the IP to be tracked at time of sign up - really dont see any value in this what so ever, but at time of order - to have the confirmation email generated with the customers IP address included 'could' be of value in events where others fake details are used, especially for CC buyers.
