Auspost module need help plz

i have checked everything i can think of and to the best of my knowledge everything is correct, but i keep getting this error (for all post methods on the auspost module parcel,express etc)

 

ERROR: We apologise, we are unable to obtain a valid quote from the Australia Post Server.

If you would like to use this option as your shipping method, please contact us. 8 11

 

what am i misssing?!!

I am also experiencing the same problem.

 

The module has been working perfectly for the last year and now I get the same error message.

 

I notice that Australia Post have redeveloped their website. Maybe something to do with this?

Still working for me, maybe check any changes you made to your site.

Definitely no changes made by me to the site.

 

I have just checked again this morning and it is working again?!?

 

After my above post I went to the auspost edeliver website and registered.

Maybe my site had been blocked as I wasn't previously registered? Might me worth a try for the OP.

Pretty sure that registering only means that you adhere to the T&C of using edeliver. Oz Post often fiddle with their site, so that may have been your prob.

 

The OP probably has max shipping or weights no in kg or weights exceeding what Oz Post handles.
