1146 - Table 'wwwsexy_ndesstore.address_book' doesn't exist

Hi

I just have some problem with that missing table

after someone install for me os commerce and upload some products(200)

I check registration in my website and show that problem

 

1146 - Table 'wwwsexy_ndesstore.address_book' doesn't exist

 

select entry_country_id, entry_zone_id from address_book where customers_id = '2' and address_book_id = '0'

and in Admin/customers

 

1146 - Table 'wwwsexy_ndesstore.address_book' doesn't exist

I try find out what is wrong....

I read topic's about that problem and try make that table and put in every place :D

nothing change...

I find out only that my name and email address which I use to login into shop show up in admin /tools/send email

+ john doe and only that name show up in customer when tick administrator tab above configuration

 

I use osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 RC2a

from dteweb

I don't have access via myphp

 

I use file manager
