Mort-lemur Posted April 4, 2010 Posted April 4, 2010 Hi, I have this table rate set fir one of my shipping zones: .05:1.50,0.25:1.85,0.5:2.30,0.75:2.85,1.0:3.50,2.0:5.00,10:25.00,100:75 A customer has just purchased an item weighing 7.5Gg and been charged £5.00 shipping, when it should surely have been £25 according to my table rate ? Any Ideas welcome please. Thanks Clearly it charges 5.00 for total weights over 2.0 and less than 10, 5.00 for 10.0 to 100.0 and 75.00 for weights over 100. Just shift your thinking just a little.
