It seems a client responded to a newsletter I sent out through the system and it came back as if the system did a CC instead of a BCC for the mass email. Way to correct? Was this planned or not planned? Thank you!
MrPhil Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 After taking a quick look at the code, it appears that the newsletters are sent out individually to specific customer addresses. That is, as a single "To:" for each mailed copy. Are you seeing multiple customer addresses in their reply?
