Stealth1 Posted April 1, 2010 Share Posted April 1, 2010 I recently updated my store to a newer improved version and moved from PayPal IPN to Paypal Website Payments Standard from the stock 2.2 RC2 package. I am noticing that 90% of my orders are now having the customers address in paypal listed as unconfirmed, even for customers that I know have confirmed addresses. Can someone explain to me why this is happening? I have adjusted the settings from what I recall to make it so the address in OSC isn't passed to paypal but that hasn't seemed to change anything. I also noticed I have V1.00 of the module but the paypal site has a version 1.77 available for download. Should I update to this? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. First and foremost collect whats being posted as request to paypal and what U r are receiving as response and in IPN. If that response has address unconfirmed in it then You need to ask paypal from more clarification. If not then You further analysis code as to why this address unconfirmed is happening.
