Guest Posted February 26, 2003 Share Posted February 26, 2003 there are a couple of things that I think would help some of the 'brain dead' customers, and even some of us in managing our sites: Currently, during checkout, if a user clicks the 'Edit' button to change their billing address, it is entered as an address book entry and not really used correctly during checkout and the customer will receive an error during checkout (like with Authorizenet) because Authnet is looking at the customer account for the billing address we changed the link from ACCOUNT_EDIT so if the user clicks it, they will be taken to their user account and edit the correct information for the billing address. Secondly, I would love to see both the Billing Address AND Shipping Address as part of the account creation process for those users that want to ship to their office and not their home address.
