Jenica77
I had someone place two orders in one day: She placed an order with my website. Everything worked fine - Paypal, emails, order shows up in Admin. She forgot something, placed a second order. I get a notice from Paypal, nothing else. No emails to her or to me, nothing shows up in Admin. Just money in my Paypal account. She is my friend so we talked and thought maybe it was because she didn't log out. So I refunded her money and she placed the order again. Same deal. I have the money in my Paypal account but no order in Admin and no emails sent to her or to me. She made sure she logged out and logged back in. Does anyone know what may have happened? And where do I begin to look to fix it! Thanks so much for any help. Guest
I'm having a similar issue. I get notification from PayPay saying I have cash but when I go to process the order, there is no transaction information available. PayPal says it's a third party shopping cart issue and I have no idea what to do.....
burt
Might it be useful to state which Paypal method you are all using? Go to your admin area > modules > payment. Then see which is installed, and post the name of it here.

lindy
Mine is also the standard PayPal module.
burt
So, you need to use an IPN module - hunt the contribution area. Unless you have something called "website payments standard" available in the module list, in which case, use that, as that is a pre-installed IPN module.
