Secondary Nav Bar?

I have eventually found out how to put this code:

 

<td class="headerNavigation">  <?php echo $breadcrumb->trail(' » '); ?></td>

 

into my product_info page, but what I want to know is how can I put a black Nav Bar around it. I have placed this code at the top above the product name and price.
