I Just cant get it working right....

Whenever i start the admin i get

and even though my site points to define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.msividz.com/shop');,

i still had to make a admin/images/ directory on the root of the site to get the images to work! i cant add any items! it gives me errors! help!
