I want to change this list to show all the towns and cities in South Africa and then change the heading to the list to "town/city". I know how to change the heading but I need to add all the cities now. I there anywhere I can get this sql query to just inject it or do I have to go and type every city and town name into the admin section? The point of this is the fact that I only ship within SA and want people to choose their city and based on this the shipping will be worked out and certain cities will have free shipping.
