thanks but it doesn't tell how to fix the issue

I'm sorry, but you need to investigate a little by your self

As long as

1) The file includes/boxes/information.php exist

2) That file includes in his content the links to the pages you want

3) The file is getting included in column left in file includes/column_left.php

4) Column left is getting included in main files ie index.php, product_info.php etc

Then the box and links should appear in the left column of your store

Nobody can tell you exactly what the issue is, because nobody can know what exactly the templatemaker of the template you use had in his brain when creating it. An option would be to go and ask him. An other option is you hire a developer to troubleshoot your store. The best option is you invest a little more time to learn how things work

Finally you can make links to any page of your store and place them wherever in your store you want, header, footer, right in the middle, wherever. There is a topic in tips and tricks that will teach you how to create links properly -> "What is the session ID and how not to loose it"

Thank you for being so generous to reply. Honestly, I don't know any programming languages. Since this was developed using php language, I'm sure you can help me to fix this issue since you're an expert. It will be a great help!
