Changing Hosts

Hi,

Im about to change hosts - due to my current host not being "Security Aware" enough (777 permissions needed, 2003 version of Open SSL, Track Trace set to on etc).

Ive read a few posts and it all seems pretty straight forward to change hosts.....so wish me luck.

Thanks

Now running on a fully modded, Mobile Friendly 2.3.4 Store with the Excellent MTS installed - See my profile for the mods installed ..... So much thanks for all the help given along the way by forum members.

Please tell they why they are losing your business.

I will tell them, But to be honest I don't think that will phase them - This is the answer they gave me to the questions I asked following a lot of server issues being picked up on a PCI Scan:

the majority of these results are 'false positives' and don't take into account the fact your domain is hosted on a shared hosting server.

We run up to date and secure software on our servers. You can rest assured they are well protected.

They also skirted round the 777 permissions issue, and refused to comment on the 2003 version of Open SSL that has at least 2 security holes in it.

Thanks
