Everything updates correctly, comments are sent, the only thing is the new order confirmation delivers a blank page and no email. Please help? Thank you all. ryjbench Posted March 17, 2010 Author Share Posted March 17, 2010 UPDATE: changed to AJAX setting, the button appears, when clicked the popup screen with "are you sure you want to send email" appears. I'm using master password to process phone orders, but upon further inspection I'm having this same issue of blank emails with order editor (5.0.9b). Any ideas as to what the problem might be?
