ryjbench Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I installed order editor and cannot figure out what is causing this issue. Everything updates correctly, comments are sent, the only thing is the new order confirmation delivers a blank page and no email. Please help? Thank you all. Quote
ryjbench Posted March 17, 2010 Author Posted March 17, 2010 UPDATE: changed to AJAX setting, the button appears, when clicked the popup screen with "are you sure you want to send email" appears. I clicked OK It closes but no email is sent? Any Ideas Anyone? Quote

I'm using master password to process phone orders, but upon further inspection I'm having this same issue of blank emails with order editor (5.0.9b). Any ideas as to what the problem might be?
