jake292
I sell copies through my osC website. The problem I am having is my customers see prices that are seem to be based on one pound (or default minimum weight) packages. These prices are very far from what it actually costs for each shipment. I have placed test orders through our site and compared the shipping costs with ups.com directly and believe that diagnosis is correct. However, I am open to any and all advice if anyone has run into a similar problem. Please let me know if you need any additional information. I put this in the general support forum because I believe the upsxml mod is operating just not being fed the weight information. Thanks. Jake The shipping weight should be a total of the product weight found in the products table plus the shipping tare weight found in the store configuration/shipping. Do the numbers add up? Do the numbers add up? No, they don't. But, the system does take into account whether the copies are one or two sided, since a two sided copy is still a single sheet of paper. I'm not sure where the output of that conditional calculation would be found or how it could be used.
