problem with "pdfcatalog"

i am having a problem with the pdfcatalog.

 

i have installed and updated everything as per the instructions.

 

when i go to create the catalog in admin control panel (under tools)

 

I get this message:

which i dont understand as the file does exist, it is at: http://www.rentassist.com.au/paul/catalog/..._orbit_sand.jpg

 

could you give me some help to get this working please?
