forummaker
Found this today.. anyone know what it's all about? Why would someone call oscommerce another name? Maybe the web design company doesn't want the owner to know that they're using oscommerce? Why not just NOT show what software the website is using at all? Curious. Your thoughts... Mark Evans
People are allowed to use any name they like for their e-commerce solution, even if its osCommerce which is doing all the work as long as they abide by the GPL licence. Some people like to show they are using osCommerce and some don't.. they have that freedom with open-source software Mark Evans osCommerce Monkey & Lead Guitarist for "Sparky + the Monkeys" (Album on sale in all good record shops) --------------------------------------- Software is like sex: It's better when it's free.
