crxvfr Posted March 11, 2010 Share Posted March 11, 2010 A customer just called and couldn't complete a credit card transaction so I tried it myself and it didn't work. After choosing payment type and trying to proceed, a red banner across the top appeared displaying "Problem: NULL status". What could be causing this?
