theherbman Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 For anyone who is tearing out their hair as I have been for a long time, because of the product notification not working and not being able to find the reason why anyway I found this so I've pasted it from another forum. Admin >> Tools >> Newsletter Manager>> New Newsletter Select Product Notification from the dropdown and write your notification. Save it. Lock it. Then click the Send button. On the next screen, see the products listing. Select how you want to proceed by either clicking Global or selecting individual products. Then submit. I was always thought this was automatic but on the standerd osc you have to do it all by hand. Hope it helps Thanks goes to mdtaylorlrim for pointing me in the right direction. Regards Mel
