There seems to be no way to prompt for a forgotten password. I desperately need to get in to my admin. THere is no where on oscommerce site to get help either, no contact them? please help me Leesa There is no "them" to contact. This is it. The answer depends on what version osCommerce you have. It it's a small box that pops up asking for a username an password, the admin is protected by a .htaccess file. That should be able to be changed via your web hosts cpanel (not osc!) If it's a full blown web page asking for an adninistrator login there is a contribution to reset it here If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
