Credit Card Payment problem

I have installed the module Paybox and CGI file to work with Crédit Agricole in France and the payment section displays name and card number & expiry date windows and I have managed to view a test that shows it is working ok.

I have spoken with their support line and they are telling me I need the RANG, IDENTIFICATION and PBX SITE numbers to get this in production. and tell me that I should get this from OSCommerce (community maybe)

Can anyone help with this as it seams that I am almost there but falling down at the last hurdle ?

Sorry I meant that the CGI file is working.

I believe that the module is not in production mode and has entries for the SITE, RANG and ID just for testing!
