wizardsandwars
I'm working on upgrading to Ian's Loaded snapshot, and it seems that I am not receiving the admin emails, when a customer orders, or when a customer sends an inquiry. I've checked that may paremeter is correct in the "send extra email to paremeter in the admin section. Where else should I look to troubleshoot? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit. albert
Hi, have you used the format as it is described in the help in the right column? Albert Kastl
wizardsandwars
Yes, I have used that exact format. Upon expiramenting with the address there, it appears that for some reason, it just can not send mail to my domains email address. If I change the address to somehting else, like my hotmail account, it works fine. I have verifiled the address I am trying to use, but for some reason it just doesn't want to send mail there. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit. grahamet
Had the same problem today when I set a store up. I changed the settings to store the session data in the database rather than files and it worked.
wizardsandwars
Interesting. I know I've seen it before, but can you refresh my memory where to change this parameter? Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit. mugitty
Chris; You should find it near the bottom of admin/includes/configure.php define('STORE_SESSIONS', 'mysql'); // leave empty '' for default handler or set to 'mysql' ... if you want to REALLY see something that doesn't set up right out of the box without some tweaking, try being a Foster Parent!
