Click to enlarge option showing up for some products, but not others?

Hi guys,

 

I'm placing products into my osCommerce store. I enabled the click to enlarge function by changing the large image directory;

And everything seemed to be fine and dandy, with customers being able to click and view larger versions of my product thumbnails.

 

However recently, I put in two test products using pictures I've taken; this time, the click to enlarge option did not appear, while for my older products the click to enlarge option was still there. But the bizarre thing is before yesterday, I put in a test product using the same picture; only the click to enlarge option did appear.

 

I called my website host but they have no clue what the problem is.

 

Anyone know why this might be happening?

If you have puncuation like the apostrophe or quotes in the products name it mucks up the java script syntax and it won't work.

 

Stock osC code can handle it:

 

addslashes($product_info['products_name'])

 

Some templates omit that important piece of code.

 

Without a URL to see for myself, that's all I have seen that can cause problems.
