Aren't they suppose to get a confirmation letter via email or do they have to continually check the admin section for orders? We are using ver. 2.2 and have done no modding whatsoever. We have two orders, but we didn't know this until we checked out the admin area. Thanks! BTW-I posted the same question on the newsgroups. I hope this is not considered crossposting. albert Posted February 25, 2003 Posted February 25, 2003 Hi "props", you can use "Send extra order emails to" in admin/configuration/my store and put in there your email address. But the email you get is the same as the customer gets. So you find in this email also the link to the customer orders which ends up in the login page for the customer. So this link you couldn't use.
