Problems loading administration tools

Good Evening everyone,

 

A newbee here who is lost and heading towards a breakdown at this rate.....I got everything installed after a number of issues and now when it says you complete click administration tools or catalog I cant open up administration tools is says the following:

Have you set up a domain, are the nameservers pointing to your hosting?

 

the normal address for your site is mysite.com/catalog or mysite.com for a root install

 

The address for your admin is mysite.com/catalo/admin or mysite.com/admin for a root install unless you chose a different name for your admin, in which case replace admin with whatever you used.

HI THERE, i know have my web domain pointing at my space and have re installed but i am still coming up with the same error so this seems to be an os commerce problem. Im still being routed to a website which isn't there that the system thinks is the administration tools
