Shipping costs not working

Ok,

Here is the problem.

My shipping is not working

 

I have been playning with the settings but there are so many variables that this could take forever.

Under Administration the Country and Zone is United States and Colorado respectively.

Under Modules/Shipping the only meathod that is on is Table Rate

- Method: True

- Method Table: 1:3.00,10:5.00,25:10.00,49:15

- Table Method: Price

- Handling Fee: 0

- Tax Class: None

- Shipping Zone: United States

- Sort Order: 0

 

The settings on the product ordered are:

- Product Status:Available

- Tax Class: None

- Price: 8.0
