mtims48021
Sorry about the Topic Title, but I am very frustrated. After over 2 years of working flawlessly, my osCommerce Store has suddenly gone South. In addition to emails not being sent from my store, now I received a notice from paypal that my IPN's are failing. ================== Received this notice from PayPal! Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing: http://www.matcopublishing.com/catalog/checkout.php ================== I reinstalled a year old backup of my CATALOG, but it is still not working properly. I don't even know where to start troubleshooting. It has been so long since I installed osCommerce I have forgotten a lot of the installation. Should I look in my config files or what? FIMBLE
checkout.php is particualr to onepage checkout, do you ahve this installed? Should be from IPN success = checkout_success.php failure = checkout_payment.php Nic Sometimes you're the dog and sometimes the lamp post [/url] My Contributions
www.in.no
As it has worked over a long time and old backup not working it can be broken due to server upgrade. Check your server logs and se what error you find there. Is your paypal IPN modul been updated if any.

Should be from IPN success = checkout_success.php failure = checkout_payment.php Nic Thanks for the reply and help! I am beginning to think all my problems are with my host. I recently had all my email accounts go inactive and after complaining to my host they finally started working after 2 days. I think this is about the same time frame as my store emails quit being sent out. I installed email_test.php and no emails went out. Warning errors about no socket connection, etc. I think I am going to take this opportunity to move my site from the Windows based Host (who ignors and won't answer my support questions) to a Unix based server. Since my store is not working properly maybe the transition won't be too bad. I think there are forum threads about migrating to Unix from Windows. I'm fed up with my host and will be moving my site shortly. Mike
