Categories page

Hello,

 

I'm trying to create category pages.. I have custom categories, and I'm not sure which the best / easiest way to display products in those categories would be.

 

I've built a custom OsCommerce site, and apparently overlooked this feature, and now I'm having difficulty figuring out how to do this. Do I create a new page for each category, or just one page which will tell the website to display products in x category, depending on what the user clicked?

 

Any help or a push in the right direction would be hugely appreciated!
