Admin Catagory Status Disappeard

I'm using v2.2RCS and in the admin on category.php, the status buttons for categories is not showing. Product images on that page have the status buttons, just not categories. I need to be able to hide certain categories so this option must work for me. I've pinpointed the area that needs the code, I just don't know what should go in it!

 

This is the portion of admin/categories.php that is missing the red/green status icons for categories. I've marked the spot with the text near the bottom of this code reading "STATUS BUTTONS SHOULD GO HERE"... Can anyone help please?
