Product Attribute Help

I have a client that sells granite slabs. We are using osCommerce to show his products for ordering. They now want to list multiple attributes for a slab with an attribute being a unique texture to a slab. But instead of listing multiple separate entries for one color they want the user to be able to see a sub image of a color that shows a different texture and then add that texture product to the cart. This would eliminate having Color Texture 1, Color Texture 2, etc. in the database.

 

I hope this makes sense and wonder if anybody has run across this before.

 

Any info would be great.

Using Options as Images will allow customers to see the color and texture of the available options and then select one of those options.
