Is there any add like "client group by distributors"

First of all, sorry for my English.

 

I would like to know if there are some add for create clients group (like distributor). I mean if somebody want to distribute my product, he has to login oscommerce like distributor and then buy like somebody, but in the administrator panel, i will see the client and the person (distributor) that has sold the product. It´s only for control de distributors and how many sales they have.
