Correct Robots Tag?

Anyone know what the best checkboxes to select for the Robots meta tag is? Currently I have NOODP and NOYDIR selected and my SEO client tells me my robots meta is incorrect. What will give me a robots follow tag? What is the most optimal ones to select?

Thanks for replying Steve, i was a little vague on my question. Im using the Header Tags SEO contribution and im wondering which checkboxes to use for robot meta?

 

My options are:

Google, Language, NOODP, NOYDIR, Reply To, Revisit, Robots, UnSpam

 

I want all my pages to be followed and I'm not sure which to check. Please help...

I went with robots, google and languages. Hopefully that will improve my indexing cause only about 1/3 of my pages are indexed after having this contribution for about 6 months set to just noodp and noydir. I did not have a follow tag.
