how do I increase the product and customer listingings in the admin panel

I want to increase the No. of count of product or customers in the Admin panel.. i am bored of clicking on the next ,, previous and these buttons.. at present i can only see 3 items ,, and if press the next click.. then again i can see the next 3 listing..

 

 

i wan to set 10 or 20 listing of customers or count of products.. ??
