Different shop-page = different Iframe height?

Hello all! :)

 

First of all, I know Iframes suck, but im a real newb with anything past html&css, so this is the way i want to build my website.

 

I have a bit of a problem. My /shop/index.php only needs a iframe height of ~600px, while my /shop/checkout.php needs about 1150px. If i make the Iframe height 1150px, theres a huge box of nothingness under my content in every page but the checkout! Is there any way i can change the Iframe height for each page?

I used that now.. but it doesn't really work! Does anybody know how to fix it?
