bluewaterbm Posted February 12, 2010 Share Posted February 12, 2010 I was trying to fix my button image. The text wood show up but not the image. This was an install on my local server. I thought I needed to change permission on all the folders to 755 and the includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php to 444 then I got this message on my local sever site: Warning: require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES/FILENAME_DEFAULT) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\xampp\oscommerce\catalog\index.php on line 33 Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DIR_WS_LANGUAGES/FILENAME_DEFAULT' (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\xampp\oscommerce\catalog\index.php on line 33 Please help a nebee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When you have UPPER CASE ITEMS in your error message it usually means you are missing some definitions in your php files. In your case: DIR_WS_LANGUAGES FILENAME_DEFAULT Are not defined. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
