We cannot help without some information... where are the images? Where does your configure.php file say they are? Where does your configure.php say the catalog is?

Also check your file permissions, it doe snot give this error usually but its still worth looking

Is your shop's "root" / (http://www.bgftines.com/) or /catalog (http://www.bgftines.com/catalog/)? According to the error message, osC is looking at a root of /, but perhaps you actually installed into /catalog. In that case, you need to update both your "configure.php" files to show the correct directory structure.

you need to change the bgftines so it doeas not have the .com after it, as far as i am aware you can not name a folder with a .com suffix, so OSC is looking for a file that does not or can not exist
