Where does your configure.php file say they are? Where does your configure.php say the catalog is? Community Bootstrap Edition, Edge Avoid the most asked question. MrPhil
/home/plazmax/public_html/bgftines.com/images/" Is your shop's "root" / (http://www.bgftines.com/) or /catalog (http://www.bgftines.com/catalog/)? According to the error message, osC is looking at a root of /, but perhaps you actually installed into /catalog. In that case, you need to update both your "configure.php" files to show the correct directory structure.
simaster99
public_html/bgftines.com/images/" you need to change the bgftines so it doeas not have the .com after it, as far as i am aware you can not name a folder with a .com suffix, so OSC is looking for a file that does not or can not exist
