Check Out Problem

Hi All ,

 

I wonder if somebody could point me in the right direction with a problem that i'm having ?

 

I recently installed Google Checkout which is working in Snadbox mode fine. The problem that i have is that when i click on checkout instead of the google checkout icon it goes through the motions to check out by select address , etc. At the end it just reverts back to my cart - it does'nt connect to google checkout screen if you know what i mean ?. I have no idea where to look for this fault if somebody can please help. Many thanks.

have you setup correctly the API callback URL?

 

Have you read installation manual, as probably you missed one step?

Hi Alex ,

 

The callback url was missing , which is now working i get my checkout success page comming up.

 

My admin on the store is not showing that any order has been placed although in my google merchant account the sale has definately gone through ?? Any idea what could be causing this ?

I seen from the past, can be the sort order is set incorrectly in "Order Total Modules"? Normally the GC record the order before the client goes to GC to checkout and confirm the order using API callback.
