Wizbits Posted February 8, 2010 Share Posted February 8, 2010 I have installed the RMA 2.6 system...., first stage (before extras). Everything looks good and seems to be okay. Except I am puzzled. When I go into the OSC Admin and click on Customer Returns and the various pages listed underneath. I get some options under the languages imputs!! ie. "Return Reasons".., on the right are the language boxes - English is "Faulty". French is blank and German/Spanish have their respective translations. Now I damn well know I have the appropriate language files installed correctly. Now what happens when I add the French translation - nothing.., what I typed does not update or stay. The funny thing is other pages have some or none of the wording. Now, I take a look at view source and I can see the missing words. What is happenening and why?
